Problems you may encounter when using the pump

1. Unable to start

First of all, you should check the power supply: whether the connector is firmly connected; switch contact is tight; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is out of phase and so on. If there is a broken circuit, poor contact, blown fuse, phase, should identify the cause and timely repair. Secondly, check whether the pump itself is a mechanical failure.

2. Pump heat

Causes: bearing damage; rolling bearing or bracket cover clearance is too small; pump shaft bending or two shafts are not concentric; tape is too tight; lack of oil or bad oil quality; impeller on the balance of the hole blocked, the impeller is out of balance, increasing the thrust to one side. Remedy: replace the bearings; remove the back cover, add shims between the bracket and the bearing seat; investigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; loosen the tape tightness appropriately.

3. Suction of water

The reason is that there is air in the pump body or air intake pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly irrigation diversion water is not full, vacuum pump packing serious air leakage, gate valve or clap door is not closed tightly. Elimination method: the first water pressure up, and then fill the pump body with water, and then start. At the same time, check whether the backstop valve is tight, piping, joints have no air leakage, such as found leakage, after disassembly in the joints coated with lubricant or blending paint, and tighten the screws.
