
Pipeline pump water flow switch automatic boost switch control is a widely used flow and pressure control technology in piping systems.
1.Basic Concept
Water flow switch: a device for measuring water flow, which determines the flow rate of water by measuring the flow rate of the fluid in the pipeline. When the water flows through the water flow switch, it will trigger the circuit inside the switch, thus controlling the start and stop of the pipeline pump.
Automatic booster switch: A device that automatically starts or stops a booster pump based on pressure changes in the piping system. It usually contains a pressure sensor, which is used to sense the pressure in the water pipe and control the working status of the pump according to the preset upper and lower pressure limits.
2.Working Principle
Water flow switch working principle:
When the water flows through the water flow switch, the float inside the switch will rise due to the water flow.
The rise of the float will trigger the circuit inside the switch, thus sending a signal to the control system.
The control system controls the start and stop of the pipeline pump according to the received signal.
Automatic booster switch working principle:
The automatic booster switch senses the pressure in the water pipe through the pressure sensor in the pump.
When the pressure in the water pipe reaches the upper limit of the pressure sensor, the pump will stop working.
When the pressure in the water pipe is lower than the lower limit of the pressure sensor, the pump will start working to increase the pressure in the pipe.
3. Control realization
Control the flow rate by controlling the number of revolutions of the pipeline pump:
Configure the flow sensor and inverter with closed-loop control.
Control the working frequency of the pump with frequency conversion, and adjust the flow rate by changing the number of pump revolutions.
This way can realize the precise control of the flow rate, so that the flow rate meets the requirements.
Control the flow rate by controlling the opening of the pump outlet valve:
Install flow sensors, control instruments and electric adjustment valves at the pump outlet.
According to the required flow rate to control the valve opening, so as to control the flow rate.
This way can also realize the precise control of flow rate, but it may require more equipment and investment compared to the way of changing the number of pump revolutions.
